Cancellation & Refund PolicyÂ
​​Kay Flame Studio believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
• In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to us with the full unboxing video of the parcel and the product. The unboxing video shall be clear, focused on the parcel and recorded with no cuts or breaks. This is important for us to understand if the product have been damaged during transit or packing. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 5 Days of receipt of the products. We after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision if a replacement is to be provided or refund is to be given. The refund or replacement shall only be issued if the product have been damaged during transit before reaching you or defected by us.
• In most cases replacement of products shall take place as standard, however, in exceptional cases a refund maybe issued. In case of any Refunds approved by the Kay Flame Studio, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
